At the time of acquisition, the existing tenant was involved in an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors and the buildings were badly neglected. HPP worked with all parties to successfully transition the existing tenant out of the property, auction and dismantle their equipment and physically renovate the poorly maintained property.
