Jason Schirn

Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Jason is responsible for the firm’s acquisition program in which the firm seeks to acquire approximately 1 million square feet of industrial real estate annually. Since becoming a Principal in 2011, Jason has been actively involved in the acquisition of more than 35 properties. He graduated from UCLA with College Honors, the highest academic undergraduate honor given by the university, and received a MBA from Harvard Business School. Jason and his family have been actively involved in the fight against women’s cancers for over two decades and annually participate in the Susan Love Walk with Love and the Lynne Cohen Foundation. In addition, the Schirn family is committed to finding a cure for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and are regularly involved in the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. He also serves as a coach and referee for AYSO and LA Parks and Recreation. Jason and his wife, Lorelle, live in Encino, Calif., and have three daughters.
